On the Brunswick nuclear accident : cocaine ?

I have a responsibility which is trying to bring light on all possible explanations for the Brunswick nuclear accident, covered on my other website & here. There was a story long ago (saw this in a Comments sections on a website) about a nuclear physicist in the Brunswick NPP and cocaine abuse… maybe did it kept on going on later, and the usual effect of “feeling of invincibility” as the hurricane advanced slowly in the direction of the plant, with its insufficient walls, explains the lack of reactivity of the staff of the NPP ? This seems like a sound explanation.
