The publication on ECG studies by Littmann & Monroe (Mayo Clinic Proc. 2011) adopting spiked helmet as the rule for ECGs of individuals approaching extreme death risk is in my view wrong. For reference, here is the data presented by the authors :

The spiked helmet concept does not give correct view of the oscillation that comes after the “bump”. The basic mosque concept (do not take monumental mosques for reference but the smaller ones with no particular architectural value, just the dome and a single minaret on a side) seems more appropriate.
