On a case of law that has to be solved to stabilize diplomacy : Srebrenica is a war crime

Calling the elimination of 9000 adult & teenage men a “crime against humanity” when it’s part of a war, and only about killing people that are likely to carry weapons and fight back, is a stupidity. It’s a war crime and nothing else.
