This argument proceeds from a discussion related to the December 18th 2025 judgement of the ECJ (C-448/23) and to an impending case with Hungary. These open the way to a theoretical “European Defense Tax” to fund the European Defense Fund and other EU policies.

This explains simply why the European Commission has currently no right to impose tax redistribution to Member States. In fact fiscal disobedience and redistribution of the money to NATO and gendarmeries / police forces is the only way currently as the EU is developing an internet censorship system.
