A look at the foundation of Israel and property rights: to whom the anteriority ? (An arbitration with Gemini)

I took the decision together with Claire Lavin-Pirot to look at the issue of the so-called “Nakba” through the lens of property rights and of genetic / cultural origins. This has been done through Gemini only by quoting a few peer-reviewed resources and other reliable online material, while asking for a neutral arbitration. Here are the key innovations supported by my earlier findings (Oviraptor peer-reviewed article), by another peer reviewed article by Das et al from 2016 (Ranajit Das, Paul Wexler, Mehdi Pirooznia, Eran Elhaik, Localizing Ashkenazic Jews to Primeval Villages in the Ancient Iranian Lands of Ashkenaz, Genome Biology and Evolution, Volume 8, Issue 4, April 2016, Pages 1132–1149, https://doi.org/10.1093/gbe/evw046 ), and by other genetic and cultural data :

The conclusion is without appeal : from 12 000 years ago, “the Palestinians have a massive biological lead“, and this biological lead is key in deciding property rights. I hadn’t investigated so early on during my earlier years where I relied on the 3 000 years-old data only and especially on the theory that in the 19th Century Hebrews improved the marshes of the land after buying it to the Arabs living there. Here’s a supplementary discussion.

Hence there was “structural coercion”. The land was acquired “under duress, debt, and legal manipulation”.
