Bees actually feed on the sugars of plants. They hence use a resource that is produced through photosynthesis. Through photosynthesis, thanks to heat, water and CO2 are converted into sugars by plants. Hence, bees need CO2 emissions to live and thrive. This was actually confirmed by a simple AI experiment :

I think that this is self-illustrative. Plants grow where there are CO2 emissions and bees need the plants to thrive.
